If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 days from the date of purchase. Printed or electronic copy of the receipt is required. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
Express or prescription items ordered before 9pm will be delivered within 2-4 hours on the same day based on your selected time slot.
Express or prescription items ordered after 9pm and before 12am will be delivered on the next day based on your selected time slot.
Items that have been marked as ‘Same/ Next day’ will be delivered on the following day before 10pm.
Items that have been marked as ‘3-4 days’ will be delivered in the next few days accordingly.
While we strive to deliver within the promised time, all orders might be subject to slight delays during peak traffic, sale periods etc.
