Refund, Returns, and Cancellations Policy

1- Pharmacista reserves the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

1.1. Products availability;

1.2. Errors in the description or prices for Products;

1.3. Errors in Your Order;

1.4. Errors or change in Promotions, Coupon Code, etc;

1.5. Serviceable delivery area, zones, cities;

1.6. Incomplete or fraudulent profile;

1.7. Suspicion of fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction;

1.8. Suspicious activities or historical order pattern.

2- For defective items supplied from the manufacturer, You will be eligible for an exchange, refund, coupon or voucher if the item(s) is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery along with the e-payment confirmation.

3- Promotional & free gift items are strictly NOT refundable unless in the rare case of a manufacturing defect subject to the discretion of Pharmaciaty

4- Notwithstanding any laws or otherwise, no exchange or refund will be made for non-defective, correctly delivered products.

5- Although we do Our best to ensure prices stated on this Website are accurate, errors may occur in some cases. Where a pricing error occurs, We will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated and reserve the right to cancel Your purchase.

6- Exchange request for non-defective, correctly delivered products should be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

7-  Pharmacista reserves the right to deny any exchange for cases subject to hygiene.

8- Each Products detail page will clearly state whether an item is eligible for return or not. Please check this information before making Your purchase.

We will guide You through the process and provide You with the necessary instructions. Any scheduled pickups for returns shall be from the same location used for the original delivery.

10- To receive a refund:

10.1. The refund for the returned items will be processed to the same debit/credit card used for the initial transaction, once the item is returned to Us, inspected and approved for refund.

10.1.1. Please note that the transfer proceeds will take up to 3-7 working days after it has been initiated from our side and to be received in the same debit/ credit card used for the initial transaction, however this period may change depending on Your respective bank processing times for the refunds to be reflected in Your account.

11-  Returns will be processed only if:

11.1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in Your possession.

11.2. The product is not different from what was shipped to You.

11.3. The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)

12- Refund and Returns conditions:

12.1. You can claim for Refund or exchange for the purchased defective Product(s) within 7 days from the date of receiving the Product(s).

12.2. Printed or electronic copy of invoice is required.

12.3. Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery, otherwise damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.

12.4. Items that need special storage conditions i.e. temperature control for prescription medications, cannot be refunded or exchanged

12.5. Returns or exchange is not allowed for insurance receipt/sales.

12.6. All items purchased in an offer must be returned if part of a multiple items offer.

12.7. Amount of the Refund only covers the price of Product(s) purchased. Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable.

12.8. In case of Exchange requests for non-defective, correctly delivered products, a pickup fee may be charged.

12.9. After receiving the Product(s), it will be subject to inspection, if the Product(s) is found faulty as per the policy then the Refund process will be initiated. If Product(s) are returned in damaged condition or without complete items or box – item(s), Product(s) shall be returned to You.

12.10. Pharmacista reserves the right to deny any exchange for cases subject to hygiene.

12.11. If a coupon, discount, Voucher or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted as well.

12.12.Promotional and free gifts items are strictly NOT refundable unless in the rare case of a manufacturing defect subject to the discretion of www.Pharmacista.com

12.13. Pharmaciaty reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice.
